Space is limited, and registration does not guarantee acceptance.
All organizations are subject to review and approval by the parade organizers.
To participate, organizations will be required to provide organization information, a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Stuart Christmas Parade as additionally insured, and the applicable registration fee.
Registration fees are based on the type of organization participating in the parade:
Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of registration.
All parade participants are required to provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to participating in the Stuart Christmas Parade.
The COI must include General Liability coverage and list the following as the Certificate Holder:

Please upload a copy of your current COI during registration. This is for Organizations, Businesses, Food Vendors, etc. (NOT FOR SCHOOLS)
All food trucks must be on the City of Stuart approved food truck list. If you are not on the approved list, please contact City of Stuart Fire Inspection Division at 772-600-1232.
